  • Billing: Pernida operates on a subscription-based model, with recurring payments based on the selected plan (monthly, annually, etc.). By subscribing, you authorize Pernida to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Access to the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Content Ownership and Use

  • Generated Content: Images and outputs generated using the Service are provided for personal and/or commercial use as per your subscription plan. However, Pernida reserves the right to revoke or restrict content rights if it violates our policies or is flagged as inappropriate.
  • User Content: If you input any text, upload images, or create custom content, you retain ownership of your input. You grant Pernida a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store your content to provide and improve the Service.

Content Moderation

Pernida enforces strict moderation policies. Users must not attempt to generate or upload:

  • Adult, explicit, or pornographic content.
  • Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory imagery.
  • Deepfakes intended to deceive or impersonate.
  • Any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

Violation of these content guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
